Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai
Required Skillset:
- Prior experience of working on Q-Commerce & E-commerce (marketplaces and D2C) business is preferred.
- Understanding of working on marketplaces like Amazon, Big Basket, Swiggy, Instamart, Zepto, BlinkIt, brand's own D2C website etc. with proven results
- Understanding of the distributor ecosystem
Preferred Skillset:
- Prior experience of working on Amazon, Big Basket, Swiggy, Instamart, Zepto, BlinkIt
- Working closely with channel partners
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Q commerce /E-commerce business of Taali Snacks including Strategic alliances, Business Development & Operations.
- End to end Q commerce /E-commerce management including growing and maintaining relationships with various E-commerce portals.
- Create annual Joint business plans and maintain long term business relations with various Q commerce / E-commerce portals.
- Verify product catalogues and ensure that smooth back-end delivery before products go live on Q commerce / E-commerce portals.
- Defining and ensuring execution of online business strategies, online marketing, online customer experience and channel partnership
- Support marketing in short and long term promotions including tactical promotions with E-commerce partners.
- Being updated about latest trends in the E-commerce business which should leave to innovative and unique ideas to enhance our presence.
- Setting and achieving the sales targets and gross margin targets for E-commerce with Commercial Head
- Managing a team of Ecommerce Operation Executives working on Supply Chain
