General Manager - IT
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for our expansion into the new market, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and revenue growth targets.
Sales and Marketing:
- Lead the sales and marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns and sales strategies to capture market share.
Operations Management:
- Oversee all operational aspects of the business, including supply chain management, logistics, inventory control, and quality assurance.
- Ensure efficient and cost-effective operations to meet customer demand and maximize profitability.
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing team of professionals across various functions, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, distributors, and regulatory authorities.

Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the annual budget, monitor financial performance, and implement measures to optimize profitability and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Market Analysis:
- Stay abreast of market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive developments in the home goods industry.
- Utilize market insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and business growth.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing business operations.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to protect the company's reputation and assets.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, with a minimum of 12 years+ of experience in business management.
- Strong understanding of the market landscape, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on achieving business objectives.
- Solid financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and P&L management.
