JD :

- Experience in handling finance of an IT Company with a Captive setup

- Expertise in Microsoft excel

- Experience in handling company internal management reports with the sister concern companies

- Experience in Finalisation of books for Income Tax returns, Consolidation of Group Company accounts

- Experience in handling Internal & Statutory Audit

- Experience in handling Statutory Compliances in terms of GST,TDS, SEZ, Income tax and ROC compliances

- Fairly Good verbal & written communication.

- Liasioning with bankers and Statutory officers.

- Collaborates with Business Heads and other department managers to drive the overall organisaton goals and objectives.

- Assists in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.

Candidate from Mid size IT org are preferred.

Location is Mumbai - Worli.

Salary up to 20 LPA.
