Systematic Group - Operations Head

- Oversee production of multiple locations across all product categories

- Identify bottlenecks and work with plant operations team to unlock effeciency

- Review and monitor the status of action plan

- Train, influence and guide plant operations team improve SOP's, bring system orientation and changing culture

- Conduct review meetings, document changes, set direction for future through highly data driven approach

- Work with all stakeholders in taking decisions to bring change

- Identify and plan resources, machines to reach target

- Identify wastage and reduce manufacturing cost

Must have experience in :

- Manufacturing Operations

- Team Management

- Production management

- Ability to work under pressure

- Systems driven

- Implementing Kaizen, Six Sigma at shop floor

- Ideally should have handled Plant or product lines in engineering product based manufacturing

- Skills needed : Excel, Data Analysis, Power communication

- Should we willing to relocate to Silvassa, DNH.
