Education - MBA from Premier B Schools In India (IIM , ISB ,XLRI , NITIE , MDI , FMS ,IIFT, SP JAIN) / global MBA

Experience -

- Consultant level -3-6 Yrs ( 2006- 2011 batch MBA)

- Manager Level - 6- 10 Yrs ( 2003- 2006 Batch MBA )

- Sr Manager - 10 -15 Yrs ( 1997 - 2002 Batch MBA )

Sap Functional consultant with Implementation and project management experience in Oil & Gas, /Chemical/ Steel,/ Utilities/, Metal Industries ( Indian clients ).

Key Responsibilities

- The individual will be responsible for working with a senior manager and partner to help develop technology practice in the Resources oriented industry verticals which would include CPG / FMCG clients. The role envisages both business development and service delivery responsibilities with stronger focus on delivery.

- Engagement Management: Lead or support project teams in delivery of projects including aspects like – managing project risks, project planning, project delivery, client buy-in etc.

- Business Development: Lead / be a part of pursuit teams for scoping the opportunity, shaping the proposal for technology kind of work and more specifically around SAP. Develop / maintain relationships with key client personnel.

- Domain Development: Understands clients global technology offerings and assist the SM / SE in modifying them as appropriate for client requirements in India. Develop point-of-view, public speaking and publications in technology forums as required.

- People Development: Support the people development initiatives to enable growth. Perform role of counselor and coach to team members, participate in recruitment and other activities.

Competencies and Characteristics

- Must be comfortable working with client teams and interacting closely with middle / senior management executives – specifically in the CIO and CTO’s organisation

- Should demonstrate a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent communication skills, including strong oral and written communication capabilities

- The individual should have a good track record of selling and delivering systems integration projects in the resources oriented industry verticals.

- The individual should be self-driven and have strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts

Experience

- A minimum of 8-12 years of consulting experience

- An excellent, established track record for selling and delivering systems integration projects and preferably on SAP

- Experience in managing client personnel (in the CIO / CTO organization) independently with limited guidance
