Over all Responsibility :
- Is responsible for implementing new technology within this systems' area.
- Ensure that the changing needs of Business are addressed continuously.
- Ensure that any development or enhancements are based on best practices in the Industry.
- Must co-ordinate with Head of sections in resolving issues and disputes.
- Must make sure that regular updates on progress are conveyed to Head of section.
- Ensure that high quality deliverables and work products are provided and meet commitments for the schedule on satisfying the Bank's user needs.
- Must build a strong sense of commitment among all his/her team members to meet the user satisfaction levels.
- Ensure that appropriate corrective and preventive actions are undertaken and resolve problems as soon as they arise.
- Must assist the support team in making proper decisions and using right methodology during any development/change/enhancement.
- Attending Service calls related to systems under responsibilities and Ensuring their availability.
- Implementing CRs related to area's Systems
- Coordinating with different vendors to fix problems or implement changes when necessary.
Personnel Specifications :
- Good IT academic background with domain knowledge of ITSM systems, Data Analytics techniques and technologies.
- Very good High-level knowledge of SDLC, Waterfall and Agile.
- Good experience in system design using Structured and Object Oriented methodology.
- High level of programming knowledge in various languages.
- Good level of database design and development, and PL SQL
- Good level of knowledge of ITSM concepts and Management, and tools like IFS Assyst.
- Good level of knowledge and experience on project management
- Good level of knowledge of system architecture design and implementation.
- High level knowledge of current technology in the industry.
- Good conceptual and technical knowledge, and experience in Data Analytics, Data warehouse, Analytic technologies and tools.
- Good people management capability.
- Good planning, implementation and administration of application systems through the use of proper controls, procedures, measurement and strategies.
- Good management capabilities with abilities to lead a team of professionals.
- Good communication, presentation skills with good command of written English.
- Good Interpersonal relations with pleasing personality.
- Very good knowledge on Microsoft office and specifically the Excel
