Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute Syntiaros long-term vision, ensuring alignment with global market trends and business objectives.

- Global Market Expansion: Spearhead growth initiatives in the USA, Europe, and UAE, leveraging market insights to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

- Financial & Operational Oversight: Manage P&L, optimize resource allocation, and ensure profitability while maintaining scalability.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners to enhance Syntiaros global reputation.

- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

- Technology & Innovation: Drive digital transformation, ensuring Syntiaro remains at the forefront of IT advancements.

- Governance & Compliance: Uphold international business standards and regulatory requirements across all markets.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 7-8 years of leadership experience in the IT/tech industry, with a strong background in scaling businesses.

- Deep exposure to USA, Europe, and UAE markets - Having good exposure of USA, Europe & UAE market, understanding regional dynamics, client needs, and competitive landscapes.

- Proven success in revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and cross-border operations.

- Strong financial acumen with experience in fundraising, M&A, and investor relations.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
