- Effectively work on strategic business initiatives and monitoring through key performance indicators
- Participate in business planning, revenue planning and cost management
- Coordination with cross-functional teams and onshore teams.
- Create and monitor a strategic road-map for different business functions.
- Support in creating executive briefs
- Lead the central PMO team
- Work with the CEO, COO and strategic change management head
a) Preparation for senior forums - board, executive advisory council,etc
b) Manage senior client visits
c) Manage monthly client reporting
- Create and maintain PMO Tools, Templates & documentation
Job Specifications:
- Preferably a full time MBA from a premier college.
- Experience of working in Banking and Financial services
- Experience creating, planning, and managing a PMO structure/office.
- Should have worked on Strategic Planning / business planning with key stakeholders.
- Good influencing skills (communication, presentation, negotiation) across project and management teams.
- Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in program/project management
