- Deployment of risk and control framework

- Due diligence and preparation of risk reports for new migrations

- Align with client practices and policies, design trainings and roll outs for awareness

- Perform review, testing and monitoring of policies and procedures

- Define Key Risk Indicators for processes, to assess risk and develop mitigation plans in collaboration with operations.

- Reporting of risk metrics for monthly risk review

- Manage relationships with external auditors and client risk/business control teams

- Performance management of the team
