We are looking for professional with full time MBA qualification from premier colleges, having experience in investment banking/ capital markets/ custody operations, Willing to work in shifts.


Process / Department Details:


- Operations based in US focused on servicing of all full service mutual funds with an aim to release accurate Net Asset Values for each fund on time to NASDAQ & various other reporting entities.


- Achieved by performing multiple processes under strict timelines throughout the day.


- The processes range from Income, Expense, Cap stock processing to Daily pricing after review of the Corporate Actions & the Trades processed for the day.


- Very critical process both because it is highly time sensitive & also since it has less than half a cent margin of error in terms of per unit NAV.


JOB ANALYSIS / SUMMARY -


Roles and Responsibilities


- Manage Operations & staffing: Achieving required team productivity and agent utilization standards. Coordinating with HR & Transitions for staffing solutions leading to efficient ramp up.


- Manage Process Quality : Adherence to quality target for the group as per SLA. Review group performance, monitor, share feedback & enhance quality of operations.


- Management Reporting: Reporting to senior management, regulators, clients on a regular basis - Performance metrics, Review, Audit Report, etc.


- People Management: To track employee productivity, analyze performance and take corrective steps. Maintain attrition below 20% annually. Review employee satisfaction. Groom DMs/Managers, do annual appraisals.


- Process improvement & Cost: Analysis Undertake projects and do detailed study thereby bringing in improvements in the process. Review operational expenses and implement cost saving solutions.


- Handling Clients: Interacting with clients on a regular basis on different operational issues. Maintaining a healthy working relation with them resulting in client delight.


- Handling Admin, HR, Finance & IT issues: Coordinating with the different Support Services and IT divisions so as to find solutions to different issues affecting the team members thereby leading to employee satisfaction.


JOB SPECIFICATION -


Required Educational Attainments (Degrees, Certificates etc)


1. B Com, BBA, BMS, B Sc (Maths / Statistics).


2. MBA (Finance), M Com.


3. CA Inter, CA.


Required Skill Sets (Technical/Behavioral)


1. Excellent understanding of finance and accounting concepts.


2. Good knowledge of securities industry.


3. Knowledge of derivative instruments.


4. Good MS Excel & systems knowledge.


5. Good analytical & data interpretation skills.
