Looking for HR Professionals who have 6-12 experience in BPO/KPO
- Have worked as Business Partner for verticals spanning 1000-2000 employees
- Responsible for creating clear, compelling, appropriate strategies and design solutions to improve organizational development and growth for specific BUs.
- Should manage the Centre of Excellence for HR which includes Resource Allocation Group, HR Analytics, HR Projects and Business Partnering
- Will independently manage strategic HR projects. This could extend to leading and executing on complex, cross functional, cross-site projects.
- Leverages foundation organization capability principles and/or design components to improve individual, group and organizational functioning.
- Will anchor strategy and org alignment conversations and transition / change management HR support for the BUs. From time to time, will be expected to provide org capability consulting for BUs, other than those he/ she is assigned to.
- Additionally, will be responsible for providing real time and strategic employee relations engagement and management through effective triage, stakeholder management, and thorough assessments using independent judgment.
- Analyzes data and documentation to evaluate and influence employees and management regarding employee relations.
- Works closely with management to implement corporate human resources policies at the business unit / division level.
- Contributes to development of company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
- Supports the transformation of the Business HR organization into a strategic learning organization that aligns to LEAN principles, efficiency and up-skilling across Business HR.
