Independently manage P&L for a business of between 1200 FTEs for Mumbai and Pune. / or both locations, Portfolio growth of 8-10% PA.

KRAs involves - Service Delivery of daily operations, Innovation & Change management, Client management, Business growth, Talent management & Strategic interventions at org. Level.
