Asst Manager-HR, Analytics
- Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of Recruitment metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.
- Supports the Human Resource leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
- Utilizes technology and analytical tools (e.g. R) to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed.
- Understand the linkages of people metrics with business priorities; analyze the cause and effect of key trends and anomalies; and demonstrate the implications of these on the business
- Generate predictive insights from people related data, which will help in effective planning and decision making for business.
- Communicates findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting artifacts on periodic/quarterly/annual basis.
- Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics.
- Serves as the domain expert for human capital analytics.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts across the HR service areas to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight.
- Works as the key representative to the external benchmarks and supporting the HR function
- While 70-80% of this role will focus on HR Analytics, 20-30% will require co-designing and implementing leadership initiatives
- A strong passion for analysis and ability to answer problems using appropriate statistical techniques on available data to provide inputs to the business users.
- Exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in hands-on analytical model development.
- Experience of working on advanced techniques like Regression (Multiple/linear/ logistic), Decision Tree, Clustering and Segmentation and Statistical Analysis Techniques will be an added advantage.
- Ability to influence and work with all levels of management / business areas.
Job Specification :
- Strong communications and relationship building skills with an ability to develop and deliver effective presentations.
- Masters in Statistics/Operations Research/Mathematics graduate from a reputed institute or B Tech+MBA with strong quantitative background
- 1-2 years of experience
