Technical Manager (Microsoft Solution)

- Candidate must have overall 15+ years of experience, Minimum 3 years of experience in Azure Cloud.

- Relevant experience as Business Manager in Microsoft business with a strong track record in growing market share in existing and new clients.

- Must have served as a Microsoft Solution architect or consultant.

- Must have good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Marketplace and AppSource.

- A proven track record in managing communications internally and externally at strategic and senior Management level.

- Should have experience in hands-on delivery of Microsoft Solutions including. NET, . NET Core, WCF, ASP. NET, Web Application, Azure PaaS services, D365 SharePoint, and Power Platform).

- Should have good exposure to Microsoft Business Applications and Modern workplace (D365 CRM/ERP & Office 365 SharePoint, Power Platform).

- Must have experience of leading big teams, working with a virtual team across Geo, and management reporting experience.

- Must have exp in presales, solution, RFI/RFP response, and negotiation skills.

- Should have an experience in working with different stakeholders such as Management, Customers, Prospects, Sales, Delivery Teams across Geos, Partners, Vendors, and team in large and managing their expectation effectively.

- Excellent Communication, Leadership and Interpersonal skills.

- Desired Azure Cloud Architect Certification.
