Job Title: Manager/Deputy Manager HR.
Location: Delhi, India.
Department: Human Resources.
Work Mode: On-Site (5 days a week).
Position Purpose:
- Manages HR projects and people for HR activities related to managing the employee lifecycle.
- Onboarding, Performance Management, Performance Development, and Exit management, while providing on-the-ground support and driving the initiatives of respective COEs for engagement, recruitment global employee engagement, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Transformation:
- Coordinating the selection, implementation, and integration of HR technology solutions to automate processes, improve data-driven decision-making, and enhance the employee experience.
- Managing and driving change initiatives across the organization, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder buy-in.
- Assist the global HR transformation strategy and initiatives, aligning HR practices with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Coordinate HR system implementations, including vendor selection, project planning, system configuration, and user acceptance testing.
Business Partnering & HR Analytics:
- Act as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for specific departments, providing strategic HR support.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce analytics, attrition analysis, and retention strategies.
- Support change management initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
- Drive organizational change by promoting HR initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enhancing employee experience.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Lead recruitment efforts for key positions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop workforce planning strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, including sourcing, interviewing, and consultant management.
- Determining current staffing needs, developing talent acquisition strategies, leading employment branding initiatives, sourcing candidates for open positions, conducting recruitment processes, ensuring positive candidate experiences, and assisting in employee retention and development.
- Coordinate with recruiting personnel to participate in career fairs and events, and use metrics to analyze recruitment data and identify areas for improvement.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
- Support in payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
- Oversee and refine employee standards and procedures, using existing HR systems as well as improved or recommended processes.
- Assist and communicate global HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring consistency and compliance across all locations.
- Manage relationships with HR system vendors and service providers, ensuring service level agreements are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of HR concepts and industry best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HR technology, HRIS, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 7-10 years of HR experience, preferably in a Big 4, consulting, or financial advisory firm.
- Hands-on experience in talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Exposure to global HR practices, multi-country HR operations & talent acquisition is a plus.
