This person will be responsible for delighting the business customers by hiring the required number of people by maintaining the highest quality standards within the turnaround time.  Essential Responsibilities   Advising on best practices on recruitment and selection  Developing creative recruitment solutions if the organization is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff or as and when required.  This role will lead a team and should be people centric.  Ability to lead, manage, guide and show career path to the team.  To proactively develop different strategies to ensure continuous improvement of the staffing procedures and policies  To provide customer delight by efficient and effective Hiring practices.  Build strong customer focused working relationships within the HR services.  Ensure team maintains and updates necessary Hiring reports and forecasts in timely and accurate manner.  Good working relationships with Hiring partners and College placement officers.   Track performance and targets through various Hiring programs.  To establish and utilize different channels of recruitment to the benefit of the organization.  Training staff in interviewing techniques and keeping the team abreast with latest interviewing techniques.  Responsible for managing the Internal COS process.  Qualifications/Requirements   Master's degree in Human Resources from an accredited university.  Minimum 6 years of experience in the Human Resources function and atleast 4 years in staffing function.  Minimum 2 to 3 years of people management skills.  Proven efficiency in Volume and Lateral Hiring.  Ability to analyze and implement processes and problem resolutions.  Work well under pressure, -professional demeanor, and strong communication skills (verbal & written).  Excellent ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem solving skills when making decisions.  Ability to coach, and develop team members.   Proven ability to analyze and improve work processes and policies.  Flexible to work in shift timings  Desired Characteristics - Knowledge or experience in IT/ITES industry
