Job Description :

- Ensuring New on board customers satisfaction by giving them on time solution of all the issues.

- Business development from major accounts and from the new on board.

- Solutions oriented approach with excellent relationship management skills.

- Successfully and consistently delivering responsibilities in the domains of Logistics Solutions & Warehousing for major Account Handling.

- Responsible for entire new business development for North zone

- Monitor market intelligence within industry in terms of market Development.

- New projects initiative and execution, competitive activity.

- Monthly presenting the service performance Report (SPR) of all major accounts.

- Monitoring warehouse operations at multi locations in coordination with operations team.

- KPI monitoring & adherence.

- SOP implementation & monitoring the process.

- Team Management

- Budget planning short term & long term and control on revenue for contract logistics.

- Handling operational & business escalations with customers.

- Costing & solution designing for new businesses.
