Senior Product Manager

Overview :

We are looking for a senior product manager who understands how to pursue product-market fit with users. The ideal candidate will work from the first principles gathered through research and build new user experiences to satisfy unmet needs.

As a member of the product function, you will have a direct line to the executive team, which will help you shape both the user experience and help build the company's future.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more Synaptic products

- Get engineering, design, Customer Success, Sales, and other PMs passionate about the product roadmap and direction

- Engage with Synaptic users to build deep empathy for their needs and to find opportunities

- Analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to prioritize and shape features and end products

- Evaluate the market trends and competitive landscape to inform product roadmap better

- Monitor adoption, usage, and business results to derive product requirements and ensure that we are always on track towards increasing our ARR

Requirements :

- Experience owning product roadmap vision and strategy

- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Strong leadership and communication skills to share insights and influence stakeholders

- Experience working with cross-functional teams( ex: engineering, UX/UI, Customer Success )

- Extensive experience with data analysis, reporting after product launches

- Degree in technology or a business-related field is preferred

The candidate should be a quick learner and be up to date with current technology trends. We solve complex, entirely new problems in the financial domain, which requires someone who is not intimidated by challenges, thrives under pressure, and is hyper-focused on delivering exceptional results.

Experience : 3-5 years in product management, preferably in a SaaS product company
