Senior HR Business Partner
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies that support the achievement of organizational goals. Act as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters, providing insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
2. Performance Management: Support managers in implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance evaluations. Provide coaching and training to enhance managerial effectiveness in performance management.
3. Employee Relations Management: Resolve employee relations issues and address employee grievances by proactively partnering with employees regularly. Have a continuous grip on the pulse of the organization and work with colleagues in HR to create and implement initiatives aimed at improving work relationships, building morale and enhancing productivity and retention
4. Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation efforts. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees during periods of change, fostering resilience and adaptability.
5. HR Project Management: Lead HR projects and initiatives to support organizational objectives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee wellness initiatives, and organizational restructuring efforts.
6. Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with business and market strategies to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages that support employee retention and engagement. Provide guidance on salary administration, incentive programs, and other reward strategies.
7. Act as the cultural ambassador for the organization and drive initiatives to promote the same
8. Support in implementing key OD initiatives in the area of performance, rewards, competency and talent management
Requirements:
1. Postgraduate in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Behavioral sciences from an institute of repute
2. Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
3. Knowledge and exposure of implementing new-age HR practices w.r.t engagement and talent retention, employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
4. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business results through effective HR strategies and initiatives.
6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
7. Meticulous, hard-working, and goal-driven
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
9. Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR-related software applications.

Experience:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in business partnering or CoE functions
