Experience: 4-6 years in Industrial Sales (preferably in Capital Equipment/HVAC Sales)

Qualification: MBA/ B.Tech Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and achieve revenue targets for Industrial Sales in the Ludhiana region

- Develop and expand B2B sales partnerships to strengthen market presence

- Lead business operations for the Ludhiana branch, ensuring overall growth and efficiency

- Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic sales initiatives

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and channel partners

- Ensure excellent customer service, addressing concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and after-sales services

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to drive business decisions

- Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards
