Responsibilities:
- Recording, maintaining and managing day-to-day financial transactions of the company including payroll, invoicing, payments, employee reimbursements and other transactions. monthly and quarterly closing and financial reporting process
- Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
- Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.
- Ensure compliance with local generally accepted accounting principles, legal and ethical framework and alignment with corporate policies, procedures, guidelines and practices
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
- Stay up- to- date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
- Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
- Ad-Hoc projects as well as automation projects and processes improvement.
