Sylvn Studio is a Mumbai based design firm specializing in manufacturing of highly curated eco-friendly lamps, furniture and home d- cor accessories. We are passionate about this earth we live in and hence we ensure all products contribute toward restoring its beauty.

Our products are made from corrugated cardboard, burlap and other recycled products, to add value to otherwise discarded materials to make them stand out individually. We sell our products through both online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

- Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating Sales and Design teams

- Own the top line and bottom line targets and work closely with sales team to achieve the revenue targets

- Determine channel strategy and help in pricing for different sales channels - Online, Specialty Stores, Architects, etc.

- Help in developing a strategic plan for consumer/trade advertisement through various media vehicles

- Help in defining the brand positioning and marketing strategy

- Identify new product opportunities as well as brand extension and work closely with design team to come up with winner products

- Own few key core initiatives for the brand from end to end and work closely with cross functional teams to drive those

Requirements :

- At least 3 years of prior work experience in a similar role

- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Sound understanding of Digital Marketing

Salary offered: 6 - 8 LPA
