Job Overview:
We are seeking an incumbent to work in our Founder's Office located in Gurugram.
The role involves providing strategic & analytical support to the Founder and work on business strategy-related projects.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and knowledge in project management.
Role Description:
- Collaborate closely with the Executive team to develop and execute business growth strategies, resulting in expansion & growth.
- Conduct market research and analyses industry trends to identify new opportunities for product expansion and market penetration.
- Follow up and support the implementation of all the key strategic and business initiatives, mainly monitoring from the founder's office.
- Synthesize data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the development of actionable business plans.
- Prepare Business Review PPTs/MIS for senior leadership review and analyses statistical data.
- Monitor and follow up with HODs on the actions points as per agreed timelines.
- Constant industry inputs highlighting the key issues, opportunities and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate closely with the Founder and Executive team to develop and execute comprehensive business growth strategies, including market entry, product expansion, and operational optimization. Conduct thorough market research and industry analyses to identify new opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and understand emerging trends. Support the implementation of all key strategic and business initiatives, including project planning, monitoring progress, and identifying potential roadblocks. Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensure their effective execution across the organization.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Synthesize data from various sources (market research, financial reports, customer data, etc.) to identify key trends, patterns, and insights. Develop data-driven presentations and reports to support strategic decision-making at the executive level. Prepare comprehensive Business Review presentations (PPTs) and Management Information Systems (MIS) for senior leadership review. Analyze statistical data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Project Management & Coordination: Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines and budgets. Monitor and track progress on key initiatives, identify potential risks and proactively address them. Follow up with Heads of Departments (HODs) on action items and ensure timely completion.
- Industry Research & Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging technologies. Identify key industry issues, opportunities, and challenges, and communicate them to the Founder and Executive team. Stay abreast of best practices and innovative approaches within the industry.
- Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams across the organization. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Desired Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Economics, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
