Role & Responsibility
- Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Outlet/Distributor/SO/ASM wise planning with regular reviews and identify/exploit opportunities/ Strategies to build Brand/Business.
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with distributors
- Build a competitive performance-oriented team by OJT and setting realistic/doable high goals. Monitor FFE, Zero Billing Stores, follow up with reviews identifying areas of improvement by imparting constructive feedback on way forward.
- Regular review on performance of entire operation to maintain cost to sales ratio and identifying of needs (training/merchandising and activities to improve the business to the potential.
- Ensure adherence to planogramming and impactful visibility across a, b and c markets
- Provide inputs/direction to the field about SS/Distributor profiles and ensure selection of right business partners (System orientation-DMS) to improve overall performance
- Maintain Healthy credit cycle to ensure Financial Controls as per Co's norm.
- Ensure discipline both for work and reporting systems as per norms through SFA/M-Assist App.
Qualification & Skill Set -
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing from premium institute
- Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
