Assistant Sales Manager
Role & Responsibility:
- Ensure Market visits as per PJP/Beat Plan/DRCP
- Ensure Physical stock checks to ensure Plan pogramming and acquiring shelf space.
- Ensure Correct stock mix in order to drive off takes and less replacements. Identify potential for Width and Depth.
- SO/SS/Distributor wise Planning with regular reviews to identify and exploit real potential to improve upon overall performance
- Ensure self and Team's systemized coverage GTM as per PJP/BEAT/DRCP through SFA/M-Assist App, Monitor FFE. /Zero billing Outlets
- Driving offtakes and development of Key Outlets by effective execution of Resources.
- Build Brand image through effective merchandising, Ensure excellent visibility across distribution as per classification
- To identify the right business partners (good infrastructure/ effective and efficient coverage/financial capability/ DMS orientation) in order to build business.
- Ensure Healthy credit cycle as per norm.
- Check/Ensure availability and impactful visibility
- On the job Coaching/Training to field force (SO).
- Competition intelligence and feedback (awareness about competition's activities)
- Exploit opportunities to improve upon overall business
- Build relationship with trade/Nil Zero Billing Outlets
- Category Management-ensure placements in relevant categories
- Maintenance of Healthy fill rate.
- Ensuring Planogramming and Visible Shelf Space (as per TOT)
- Proper execution and implementation of consumer offers and activities.
- Regular follow ups on Outstanding.
- Competition intelligence and feedback (awareness about competition's activities
- Exploit opportunities to improve upon overall business
- Build relationship with key personnel (regular meetings & follow-ups)
