Swish Club - Founder's Office Role - Enterprise B2B Initiative

Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Founder's Office position at Swish Club located in Bengaluru.

- The role involves working directly with Founders on Enterprise B2B initiatives, project management of existing growth initiatives, including but not limited to API/New Technology Sales and Platform Partnerships, Enterprise activation, finding and executing upon product led growth initiatives, running experiments, assisting the founder in various activities, and contributing to the growth and development of the Enterprise function.

Qualification:

- Experience in partnerships and sales in complex technology products (must have).

- Experience in partnerships and sales with focus on selling to growth teams of Enterprises.

- Strong execution capabilities with a strong "make it happen" attitude.

- Ability to deconstruct and construct new paradigms in a logical way.

- No opinions without data or objective logic.

- High Ownership and Accountability.

- Strong EQ and IQ with ability to multi task.

- Adept in building collaterals, decks with great written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

- High intent to pick up and learn something quickly with guidance.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe/Canva

- IIT, IIM, SRCC, LSR and other Tier-1s strongly preferred.
