- Job Description
- Evaluate functional training requirements and work with stakeholders to design, develop end to end solutions. On boarding, optimizing employee performance and productivity by mapping personality types.
- Responsible for induction and orientation sessions, developing SOPs, end to end training modules in an individual capacity. Ability to identify and incorporate environment for role reversals, time machine(NLP), simulations, experiential learning, video, and synchronous virtual learning methodologies to deliver pragmatic training.
- Responsible for the development of processes to measure and manage Training effectiveness, efficacy and throughput. Analyze and report monthly L&D metrics, budgets, cost benefit analysis and ROI to all Functional Heads & Stakeholders.
- Devise, leverage and introduce innovative strategies, training methods, techniques and assessment tools for instructional design, inculcate continuous learning culture at junior, mid and senior management level by offering tailor training programs.
- Roll out center wide process, product, soft skills & behavioral training Interventions along with developing learning pyramid for employees. Analyse CAPA ( Corrective Action Preventive Action ) error trend and escalations existing in the process. Recommend and lead training interventions for Business, Communication Skills, Team Work, Presentation Skills, Coaching to Improve Performance, Change Management, Preparing for Leadership & Performance Management at every interjection.
- Create, develop, direct and control the training function to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to carry out their responsibilities, metrics driven through TNI, TNA and TNE.
- Demonstrated abilities to motivate and mentor the cross functional teams, resolve queries, handle escalations with solid contributions across the career path including TTT.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Graduation/PG preferably in psychology, media, journalism
Experience : 5 to 8 years
- Ability to work in 24- 7 environment
- Open to travel and stay at deputation for 3-6 months
- 6+ months exposure to international contact center as TM/ Lead trainer with a direct report of 4+ trainers.
Skills Required
- Excellent Communication Skills - oral and written
- Certified Trainer - Behavioral and Communication Skills from reputed body/institution
- Ability to multi-task, extremely self-motivated and flexible and drive it in teams.
