Mandate 2 (Remote) - Employees will have the freedom to work remotely all through the year. These employees, who form a large majority, will come together in their base location for a week, once every quarter.
Brief about NAT Team:
The National Accounts team leads partnerships with the largest restaurant chains in the country. Gourmet function in the NAT team manages partnerships with select premium accounts, identifying their need-state, channelising all inputs, charting out growth plans, and ensuring that exquisite dining experience is brought to the consumer doorstep. Building a mutually beneficial and sustainable partnership with gourmet restaurants is the key objective that Gourmet team drives.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Driving one of the key charters for National accounts i.e. Ads monetisation. It is a key revenue line item in Swiggy's - PnL which the individual will be driving along with the relevant internal stakeholders
(Account managers and Central Ads team)
- The key objective would be to understand the ways through which the width and depth of the investments can be increased.This would require a holistic understanding of the business (Not just Ads) and hence analysis will be a key part of the role. The individual is expected to give data - driven analysis and insights to facilitate decision support.
- The individual shall be responsible to ensure that Ads serves as a lever to drive incremental business so that the revenue keeps on flowing. This would involve analyzing the business impact of Ads, sharing performance details and suggestions with Ads team and jointly finding a solution for the same.
- The individual shall be responsible for creation of both short term and long term deals for the key strategic partners aimed at safeguarding and maximizing the revenues from the brand partners.
- The candidate shall be leading a team of 3 people (operations) to ensure seamless execution of the Ads configurations.
Desired Candidate:
- Candidates who have a minimum 5-7 years of experience in FMCG, Ecomm and have experience working in business roles would be the ideal candidates.-
- Effective Analytical & Communications Skills.
- Attitude & Aptitude for Process & Systems.
- Ability to work as a team player in a target driven work environment.
- Ability to lead projects from conceptualization to closure, leveraging internal resources to get things done.
- Competent decision-maker with the ability to Plan, develop, own and build a strategic plan for ensuring the best restaurants partner grows with Swigg as a preferred partner.
