Job Title: Senior Manager, Media Planning and Execution
Department: Brand Marketing
Reports to: Director of Marketing
Direct Reportee - One Media lead (asst Manager)
Summary:
- Leads the development and execution of media plans for assigned brands
- Works with cross-functional teams to ensure that media plans align with overall marketing goals
- Monitors and evaluates the performance of media plans and makes adjustments as needed
- Manages a team of media planners, analysts, agencies and internal brand and category stakeholders
- Drives growth metrics for Instamart, groceries and assigned brands wrt brand influences
- Lead 3rd party partnership associations to drive brand awareness
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute media plans for assigned brands
- Manage media budgets and negotiate media contracts
- Conduct market research and analyze competitive landscape
- Develop and implement media strategies that reach target audiences
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of media plans
- Manage a team of media planners and analysts
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in media planning and execution
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful media plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
