- IT Infrastructure domain (Compute, Storage, Data center, backup, cloud services etc), we are in need of senior resource to play an active role in the development of an organization's infrastructure strategy architecture, service delivery standards and best practices,to achieve the goal of IT infrastructure management to better effectiveness of IT processes, policies, data, human resources etc. Role &amp; responsibilities: - This position will be responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and retirement of the IT Infrastructure. - Establish strategies for scalability, performance, risk mitigation and contingency planning which- include hardware, software, networking components, an operating system (OS), and data storage bacup, cloud services, contact center infrastructure Infrastructure integration- etc. and be actively involve himself/herself- in budgeting, designing and execution on key Initiatives and deliver roadmaps. - This position is expected to provide technical roadmap and guidance to the team and provide assistance to L2 and L3 resource, and will be responsible for the implementation and operations of all technology infrastructures which includes Inhouse data center (Collocation), network and server services, telephony, Infra monitoring (NOC), servers, storage and related software. - This position will be operationally responsible for ensuring the availability, integrity, and security for all IT systems and infrastructure. - Performs analysis of network needs and contributes to design of network architecture, integration and installation. - Manage, Design, and maintain application hosting on our Inhouse / Colocation Data Centre - Evaluates network hardware and software requirements and capabilities and makes recommendations. Checks systems in order to optimize performance and to initiate recovery action after system failures. - Manage and ensure effectiveness of servers, including- print, and backup servers, and their associated operating systems and software. Responsible for on-site and off-site data centers. - Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to make certain network / server capacity meets existing and future requirements - Take care of Network / Server asset management, including maintenance of network / Server component inventory, life cycle management and related documentation. - Negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure Server / network products and services- Team Management &amp; Strategy - Ensure personal and professional development of team members by providing training, mentoring and coaching. - Directly supervises employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies - Supervise staff and perform managerial duties such as hiring, goal setting, mentoring, performance reviews, and compensation planning. - Provide direction to the team members for enabling successful performance.- - Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions. - Must understand and aware of the strategic direction of the organization as well as new technologies on the horizon. - Prepare RFPs, bid proposals, contracts, scope of work reports, and other documentation for IT projects and associated efforts Preferred Experience &amp; Qualification : - Hands on experience on Infrastructure/systems management experience - Networking Protocols and Services - Network related troubleshooting skills - Certification: CCNA/CCNP/JNCIA/JNCIS - Server Certification: MCP The apply button will redirect you to an external URL, please apply there as well
