Swiggy - Senior Manager - Information Security

ABOUT THE TEAM & ROLE:

IT Infrastructure domain (Compute, Storage, Data center, backup, cloud services etc), we are in need of senior resource to play an active role in the development of an organization's infrastructure strategy architecture, service delivery standards and best practices,to achieve the goal of IT infrastructure management to better effectiveness of IT processes, policies, data, human resources etc.

What qualities are we looking for?

- Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, or similar.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Security

- Experience working in Linux OS

- Deep experience in the following areas: Incident response, intrusion detection, IAM, vulnerability- management, audit or cloud security.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and able to communicate effectively at all levels. Self-motivated and organised.

- Experience in driving information security changes in a large organization

- Industry Standard Information Security Certification is a plus

What will you get to do here?

- Take operational ownership for conducting security assessments though vulnerability/penetration testing and risk analysis for network infrastructure and web application

- Work closely with the Compliance team in the development and maintenance of IT Security Policy, Information Security Governance and Information/Data Governance

- Be part of the risk-driven process and Business Risk team to ensure risks are identified and managed and reported effectively

- Drive infrastructure activities to reduce threat landscape and plan mitigating actions

- Drive and improve preventive controls and the incident response process.

- Support IT projects with risk assessments and design requirements

- Advise operational IT teams on secure design and procedures

- Coordinate the development and delivery of an education and training program on information security, data protection and privacy.
