Swiggy - Manager - Trust & Safety

Job Profile:

- The individual will be tasked with identifying and tackling the fraud and abuse problems affecting multiple verticals within Swiggy marketplace (Delivery, Restaurants and Customers), while ensuring that the experience for genuine parties is intact

- You would work cross-functionally with multiple teams to identify abuse and fraud cases and assist in solutioning and mitigating the problems identified.

Key tasks:

- Drive initiatives in collaboration with relevant business teams to reduce fraud and abuse across Swiggy business verticals

- Identify and mitigate risks through continuous monitoring programs in key areas highly susceptible to fraud and abuse. Highlights key gaps and emerging trends attributable to fraud and abuse

- Conduct investigations and identify product, policy and SOP vulnerabilities

- Define, monitor and reporting key T&S metrics and data insights on a pro-active basis.

- Enhance operational workflows via process improvements and identification of automation opportunities.

- Work with T&S streams - Data Sciences, Analytics, Product and Engineering teams to build/re-train ML models and build scalable products to reduce transactional fraud and abuse

Key skills:

Must have:

- Should be a self-starter and can work independently

- Collaboration skills - Strong stakeholder management, working with peers, teams etc.

- Should have strong communication skills - both verbal and written

- Analytical - strong bent for numbers and Bus aptitude

- Eye to detail

Good to have :

- Understanding of Fraud models, basics like precision/ recall

Qualification:

- Experienced CA or MBA from a reputed institution

- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Consulting / E-commerce / F&B industries

- Candidates with experience in SQL is preferred

- Candidate from similar T&S domain
