Manager - National Accounts
- Employees will work remotely through the year and will have a mandatory regrouping once a quarter where they will come down to Bangalore for a quarterly meet-up.
- In case of extremely critical projects, employees will be requested by the BU head to come down to the office during which employees are expected to oblige.
Job Role :
- Looking for a data driven and proactive manager to drive the customer- experience for National Accounts.
- To be successful, you should be detail-oriented and adept at building relationships with partners.
- Ultimately, you should be able to multitask effectively as well as demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision making skills.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Own the IGCC, RDC and Availability charter for NAT accounts and work on improving the metric on continuous basis to drive reduction in cost impact for the metrics.
- Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with NAT brands and working with brand POCs on Ops plans to reduce food related complains and issues as well as cancellations and drive it for execution.
- Ensure that the information relayed to the brands is accurate and actionable.
- Timely escalation of issues that could impact customer experience due to food issues(E.g. Missing item issues, Quality issues etc.).
- Performing in-depth analysis for IGCC outliers and deriving highly actionable data to- drive with NAT brands.
- Meeting with the brand POCs on regular basis and discuss trending metrics and ways to- improve.
Desired Skill :
- Competitive knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good Communication skills.
- The ability to multitask effectively.
- Analytical & Insightful.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Relationship building and stake holder management.
