Description:

- Under Mandate 2, employees will work remotely throughout the year and will have a mandatory regrouping once a quarter where they will come to Bangalore for a quarterly meet-up.

- In case of extremely critical projects, employees will be requested by the Business Unit (BU) head to come to the office, during which employees are expected to oblige.

Context:

Swiggy Dineout is in its early stages of growing and winning the dining-out category. Swiggy Dineout is nascent but intends to disrupt and grow the market. The Swiggy Dineout category is growing steadily, with numerous unlocks to propel us forward.


- The role of the Manager will be to own Conversion, Monthly Transactional Users (MTU), and New Users (NU) for the Dineout Category.


- This will involve breaking down each of these areas to the underlying levers and then working with different teams to produce uplift in the category.

Responsibilities: MTU and NU

Organic and Inorganic NU: Understand the building blocks of organic and inorganic New Users. Break down these for different channels/entry points to drive efficiency.

Increasing Repeat: Identify the lifecycle of different cohorts from one transaction to the next. Plan campaigns to generate higher repeat from recently acquired/transacted customers.

Churn Prevention: Define the dormancy for the category with respect to transactional and session behavior and identify when users should be targeted for churn prevention.

Reactivating Dormant Users: Reactivate dormant users in the category by leveraging user messaging, discounts, and products.-

Work with marketing and product teams to build a differentiated experience for these customers to come back to Swiggy Dineout.

Desired Skills:

- High performer with 2-4 years of experience with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Mandatory prior experience in Revenue & Growth charter.

- A high bias for action in driving projects from ideation to execution.

- Ability to work with ambiguity and have a growth mindset.

- Ability to convert ambiguous business requirements into objective tasks that can be broken down into steps and then be actioned individually.

- Knowledge and experience of working with SQL is a plus.
