Mandate 1 : Employees to be located in their place of posting / respective office base location.
This role will lead the overall hyperlocal growth for the city/pod combinations assigned to him/her
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive hyperlocal activation
- Identification of key catchments for growth where we must win at a hyperlocal level
- Monitoring and improving the funnel of TAM to actual transacting users, for both new and dormant users
- Hyperlocal problem solving
- Drive RCAs for visiting users and conversions at a geospatial level
- Keep a hawk eye on key input metrics impacting growth across hyperlocals; drive solutioning, tracking and closing of action items with city ops and other city stakeholders
- Identify growth opportunities for increasing penetration and market share for each hyperlocal area we operate in
- Benchmarking with local retailers to ensure relevant and update assortment for customers in each area
- Customer immersions to identify unmet needs and drivers of preference
- Maximize leverage from local events to drive growth
Competitive intelligence
- Be on top of market share; identify opportunities/threats and come up with a proactive strategy and plan of action for each city/area
- Keep abreast of competitive action on pricing/promotions and escalate promptly where appropriate
Desired Candidate:
- Work experience in Sales/Marketing
- Strong analytical and problem solving with an acute attention to detail
- Must be a go-getter with demonstrated ability to be proactive and own projects end to end
