Description: Way Of Working : Employees will have the freedom to work remotely all through the year. These employees, who form a large majority, will come together in their base location for a week, once every quarter.

Job Description:

- Ensure Swiggy brand guidelines are adhered to, and everything that goes out is always on brand.-

- Churn out ideas and creatives for Swiggy's many communication pieces in app.

- Manage and inspire your team of Designers.

- The ability to think of innovative ideas with deadlines always looming around the corner.

- The willingness to collaborate with teams across functions and learn new skills on the job.

- Produce newer solutions in design across a variety of channels to a high standard and with tight deadlines. Explore automations.

- Work closely with the Content team to ensure all designs have a consistent tone of voice and represent the brand across products.

- Do Quality Control of the work and support team members with internal reviews and creative ideation.

- Amend and oversee design, in line with Stakeholders/Briefs, content and legal feedback.

Ideal Candidate:

- A motivational leader who is an articulate, cross-functional communicator who can also build and nurture teams.

- Proven experience of working in a Design Lead role; working cross-functionally within a fast-paced environment and delivering strong levels of success through design led propositions that match corporate objectives.

- Strong App experience and evidence of delivering strong campaigns.

- Experience of leading a team of designers.

- Passionate about creativity and communication across multiple touchpoints.

- Strong communicator, influencer and able to prioritize multiple projects.

- Excellent interpersonal skills can communicate concisely and confidently at all levels.

- A strong focus on getting things done.

- Able to marry image, design, and copy seamlessly.

- Drive projects and initiatives, end-to-end.
