Description: Way of Working - Remote - Working remotely all days, and attending Quarterly meet-ups called Jamboree

Responsibilities:

- Ensure Swiggy brand guidelines are adhered to, and everything that goes out is always on brand.

- Churn out ideas and creatives for Swiggy's many communication pieces off app.

- Manage and inspire your team of Designers.

- The ability to think of innovative ideas with deadlines always looming around the corner.

- The willingness to collaborate with teams across functions and learn new skills on the job.

- Produce newer solutions in design across a variety of channels to a high standard and with tight deadlines

- Work closely with the Content/copy team to ensure all designs have a consistent tone of voice and represent the brand across products.

- Do Quality Control of the work and support team members with internal reviews and creative ideation.

- Amend and oversee design, in line with Stakeholders/Briefs and feedback.

Ideal Candidate:

- A motivational leader who is an articulate, cross-functional communicator who can also build and nurture teams

- Proven experience of working in a Design Lead role; working cross-functionally within a fast-paced environment and delivering strong levels of success through design led propositions that match corporate objectives.

- Strong experience in conceptualising impactful visual language for campaigns and leading photoshoots for the same.

- Experience of leading a team of designers.

- Passionate about creativity and communication across multiple touchpoints.

- Strong communicator, influencer and able to prioritize multiple projects.

- Excellent interpersonal skills can communicate concisely and confidently at all levels.

- A strong focus on getting things done.

- Able to marry image, design, and copy seamlessly.

- Drive projects and initiatives, end-to-end.
