Job Description :

- Manager, Corporate Commercial will play a critical role in overseeing the commercial functions and leading a team to drive efficiency and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Management : Oversee and manage a team of 15-20 members, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.

AR Management : Responsible for the reconciliation of AR receipts to the bank, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Commercial Oversight : Serve as a sounding board for the Commercial team by running watch towers and dashboards, conducting retailer calls (Customer Care Team), and performing bill audits.

Legal and Compliance Coordination :

- Coordinate with the Group Legal & Compliance team for handling legal cases against collection agents and retailers.

- Work closely with HR for salary deduction cases and other compliance-related matters.

Efficiency and Technology Improvement :

- Drive efficiencies in commercial operations by monitoring and implementing checklists.

- Solve technical problems and validate automations to enhance tech efficiencies.
