It's an immense learning opportunity for budding entrepreneurs and allows Swiggy to cater to a young college crowd who will become power users on the platform in the years to come Responsibilities - Complete ownership of Business metrics of Launchpad - Responsible for Planning & Performance of campuses after the launch - Continuously innovate on new initiatives to be driven in campuses to increase user penetration and repeat purchase on the app - Implementing innovative ideas to build deep and meaningful relationships with campuses - Will be expected to run experiments and pilots to validate hypotheses, build scale and GTM plan for different programs within Launchpad - Manage external partnerships and alliances to build a strong GTM within campuses Preferred Candidate - 4-6 years of work experience in Business Development, Commercial/Go-To-Market/Growth Strategy. - MBA from a premium institute preferred. - Effective Analytical & Communications Skills - Attitude & Aptitude for Process & Systems - Ability to work as a team player in a target driven work environment - Ability to lead projects from conceptualization to closure, leveraging internal resources to get things done.
