- To ensure the upkeep of the assigned Access Kitchens to the highest standards and facilitate a seamless flow of the required operations.

- Conduct all activities like Utility readings/ vendor interactions/ Kitchen-partner interaction/ rent payment etc. in the assigned kitchens as per schedule.

- Collect the utility readings from the assigned kitchens within fixed timelines and share with the regional head.

- Assist in ensuring all kitchens are supported with all required facilities.

- Coordinate with legal & Liasoning team to ensure the required NOCs and approvals are valid and available at the locations.

- Share data pertaining to all services/ maintenance/ satisfaction scores/ new kitchen preparedness/ utilities/ breakdown and preventive maintenance etc. with the Regional head.

- Work with the vendors to ensure manpower and material are supplied/ deployed to the respective location.

- Periodically interact with vendors to ensure a smooth workflow in the access kitchens. Update/ escalate, when required.

- Submit- bills from the vendors to the Regional head for approval. Thereafter follow-up with finance for payment.

- Liaise with Landlords to facilitate a smooth workflow in the Access kitchens (Drainage/ water supply/ common area/ Building maintenance etc.)

- Interact periodically with all kitchen partners and their address their issues.

- Collect feedback/ score from Kitchen partners and share with the regional head. Identify areas of concern and take corrective actions.

- Visit all Access Kitchens at least thrice a week . Identify gaps/ areas of improvement in the common area and take corrective action.

- Identify gaps within the partner kitchens with regards to cleanliness, waste, hygiene and maintenance of systems that effects exhaust and fresh air for corrective action.

- Work with the Restaurant success managers on a periodic basis to ensure that all facilities in the Access Kitchens are managed smoothly. 


 Required experience and skills:

- Minimum 10 + years of experience in the facilities management roles

- Working knowledge of fire alarm and firefighting systems

- Working knowledge of Fresh air and exhaust systems

- Working knowledge of Electrical systems

- Knowledge of waste segregation/ pest control

- Knowledge of Various regulatory norms about manpower such as Min. wages
