Employees will have the freedom to work remotely all through the year. These employees, who form a large majority, will come together in their base location for a week, once every quarter.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Sourcing advertisements for storefront and appropriate media, including newspaper ads.
- Plan, implement, and manage a comprehensive advertising and marketing program for the Brand x companies resulting in planned ad revenues.
- Developing advertising strategies to increase brand's interest in products or services.
- Negotiating ad commercial specifications and terms with brands.
- Measure the results of advertising campaigns to determine their effectiveness and ROAS.
- Reach out to Category Managers to gain key insights into advertising possibilities.
- Identify decision-makers at specific mediums and build relationships with them.
- Review and approve all advertising media artworks.
- Closely work with FMCG brands x companies and identify new strategies and tactics to maximize brand visibility.
- Collect all artwork on time and approve to go live.
Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's /Master's Degree in Advertising and marketing or related field required
- 3+ years experience in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop strategies based on industry trends and developments.
- In-depth understanding of advertising.
- Ability to - develop and maintain working relationships and- manage multiple teams and professionals efficiently.
