- Maintaining a strong relationship with Vendor POCs and internal stakeholders and advising them on issues related to the BAU and solution the problems from long term perspective

- Operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, maximizing business relationships

- Setup continuous improvement activities across all processes to enable scale

- Setup data reporting cadence and publish project impact reports regularly.

- Should be capable of interpreting data through insights that can drive business decisions

- Develop learning mechanism from the Electric vehicle standpoint

- Should be able to handle team for executing processes and action items

- Should be capable of designing and implementing SOPs and adhere to Gantt chart timelines

- Should be able to interpret legal clauses and work with internal legal POCs to make changes

Suitable profile : Business development experience, Key account management, Project management

Desired skills :

- 3-5 years of total experience across business development, analytics, growth, strategy, marketing, product, or general management roles and a demonstrated record of accomplishment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience in automobile industry, product, ecommerce or marketplace companies preferred.

- The ability to work independently or with cross-functional teams.

- Experience handling multiple challenging priorities and driving projects to timely completion.

- Highly experienced at structuring ambiguous problems, leading analytical problem solving, applying sound business discernment.

- Communication and documentation skills to effectively deliver complex, data-driven insights to senior business leaders.

- Proven experience of working with multiple stakeholders to drive projects to execution by building consensus. Strong strategic and creative thinking
