About the Team:-
- There are 4 teams in SteppinOut. Namely, Business, Intellectual Property, Marketing and Sponsorship team.
- Business team's responsibility is to plug in the most suitable events in their region, associate with relevant venues on a long term basis for hosting different IPs and ensuring the deal structure is profitable for SteppinOut.
- Responsible for the overall p&l of the city/zone and to ensure profitability of the business and at the same time they have to ensure maximum penetration of IPs in their region.
- IP Team is also a part of business team. They are responsible for curating the best experience, ensuring all costs like production, artist, marketing, permissions etc. are in control as per the pre-p&l of the show. They also have to ensure sponsor integration is on point for these shows. Ip team continuously works on new formats of events which can be scaled to multiple cities.-
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning quarterly event calendars for the west region.
- Coordinating with internal teams for final closures
- Coordinating with Dineout sales team for venue closures for final events- Working on pre p&L and post p&L for individual events and north zone to maintain overall profitability.
- Working on ticketing plans and strategies
- Closely working with the marketing team, artist management team and local sales team- to ensure ticket sales for the events but ensuring promotions from venues, artist and internal marketing.
- Ensuring venue closures for all planned events for north region with consistency in events and presence of steppinOut as a brand.
- Managing on ground execution of events with ensuring smooth execution with partners, sponsors, artist and venue management.- Desired Skills:
- Experience - 2-4- years in business development role/operations
- Understanding of p&L statements and basic finance
- Bachelors in business or related discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding and experience in event execution
- Past experience in on ground event management and artist management
- Strong connects of venue partners
- Understanding of excel, ppt and google docs.
- Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects
