About the team :

This team focuses on building and delivering initiatives that enable short term and long term growth for the food delivery business. This team focuses on:

(a) Identifying customer challenges and opportunities to grow

(b) Ideate and validate ideas solving the problem and scale

(c) Planning and delivering on planned business targets

(d) Obsessing about CX and delivering delightful experience to the consumer

About the role: We are looking to hire an individual who will be working on a specific set of initiatives that can help solve the identified customer problem and unlock growth opportunities. The role will report into VP of Food revenue and growth.

What will you do:

- Pay attention to data trends and customer anecdotes across the various reviews and mechanisms

- Deep-dive thoroughly on the growth areas and opportunities

- Ideate and problem solve for those areas

- Determine the targets / success metrics for the area and purse them to closure

Required experience and skills:

- Experience of working with strong consumer brands and / or a proven track record of influencing consumer experience for brands

- Should possess consumer centricity/consumer first skills along with HIGH logical/analytical ability

- Should have strong influencing & program management skills

- Should have strong communication and leadership skills, be collaborative and a team player

- Comfort with Sql and data querying is preferred
