Description : This is a 6 months contract role : Work Mandate (HYBRID): Employees to be located in their place of posting / respective office base location. This is- applicable to employees in Regional Teams whose roles require them to be close to the stakeholders (Restaurant partners, Delivery partners) and collaborate with other teams within the cities and Corporate roles in Marketplace BU dealing with NAT accounts. - This also includes roles in Regional HR & Learning & Development teams. The employee will be required to travel to office twice or thrice in a week. Role and Responsibilities : - Liaise with managers to determine training needs, create a training calendar, and schedule training sessions - Conduct New hire induction training and maintain MIS - Monitor regional sales Metrics and results - Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training - Manage updates on the product and ensure cascading to the account managers for all products - Determine training needs by conducting a robust TNA with sales representative and floor managers - Conduct refresher training, Assessments, and coaching sessions based on the training need identified - Prepare training content as and when required.
