Responsibilities :

- Applying- skills and tools to identify and solve complex business issues

- Conducting and documenting analysis,- applying guidelines and standards to minimize gaps

- Differentiating strategic and tactical- decisions basis longitudinal impact analysis

- Understanding business problems and goals- of various users and supporting with insights

- Guiding MIS team for addressing their- responsibilities as per expectation.

- Supporting the implementation and rollout- of the proposed data solutions

- Analysing past data trends to predict future projections

- Presenting your findings to business- stakeholders

- Ownership of various Business Dashboards

- Driving Data Automation through Python and Databricks

- Coordinating with other teams for timely and complete project- go lives

- Analysis of impact for various projects/initiatives/experiments

Desired Skills :

- A bachelor's degree in engineering/business/related field

- 1+ yr of experience as a Business Analyst

- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

- Strong problem-solving & ability to work in ambiguous environments with high ownership

- Proficiency in SQL (Expert) and Excel (Expert)

- Hands on experience with Python, Snowflake, Databrick, Powerpoint

- Understanding of basic statistics and probability concepts

- Strong drive to move fast and break barriers
