Job Description :

As a Product support Manager-- Operational Excellence & Tools you will be responsible for the delivery of operational excellence, identification of operational continuous improvements, contract and organizational compliance, KPI oversight, strategic planning and direction of all aspects of operations and projects within the organization by improving business processes and culture.

You will directly work with the Tech (Product + Engineering teams), Central functions and City teams to identify opportunities and thereby create the impact on critical processes and Opex metrics.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- KMS- Knowledge management Systems : Defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources

- Reviewing Existing systems: Approves the design for existing processes that are already developed internally or externally and performs performance and risk mitigation- tests with respect to the project.

- Building OPex Systems and culture : Evaluates new processes to improve productivity, quality and cost reduction, defining and leading testing activities. Analyze, propose and implement actions to improve operating efficiency, quality and productivity issues within the config process

- Coordinate with multi/cross -functional teams to analyze the problems, identify best solutions and implement permanent improvements to operational effectiveness.

- Communicates and assists with the implementation of the processes with

Quality & Operational Excellence (QOpEx) strategy.

- Opex RCA-Identifies key root causes for deviation from the production plan and implements initiatives to improve adherence to plans for the future.

- Identifies process constraints and recommends both short- and long-term solutions and mitigation plans to remove bottlenecks.

- Team handling and capacity building

Desired Skills :

- Partnering skills : You should be able to partner with different stakeholders from multiple teams within a cross functional team set up .

- Strategic Alignment : You should be able to work at aligning multiple teams with conflicting objectives- to come to an agreement on common goals by being able to iron out differences.

- Prioritisation :Identifying strong priorities with a high level of importance and going all out with implementing them, while managing a competing agenda in an effective way .

- Resourcefulness: We don't have all the answers, but you should be able to think creatively, generate ideas and identify alternatives .

- Show an ability to leverage data which aids in making critical business decisions

- Display a strong sense of customer centricity and empathy

- Ability to write clear, concise and implementable SOPs-

- Six Sigma Certification

- Experience with implementing RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
