Swiggy - Assistant Manager/Manager - Design

Future of work Mandate 2 ? Under mandate 2, Employees will work remotely through the year and will have a mandatory regrouping once a quarter where they will come down to Bangalore for a quarterly meet-up. - In case of extremely critical projects, employees will be requested by the BU head to come down to the office during which employees are expected to oblige.

As an Assistant Manager/Manager in the Design team, on Swiggy SteppinOut, you will :

- Churn out ideas and creatives for SteppinOut's many communication pieces including but not limited to press ads, outdoors, digital videos, integrated campaigns, emailers, web banners, and other digital assets.

- Understand the marketing/business problems presented to you, and find creative and strategic ways of solving them

- Ensure SteppinOut brand guidelines are adhered to, and everything that goes out is always on brand.

- Brand identity and logo design for new IPs along with visual language for the same

- Event conceptualization and on-ground experience building. Curating and designing the entire experience for the consumers and deploying the same

- Build Swiggy brand experience across different categories of events. Ideate and develop ideas that can be extended and scaled up in the most effective manner

Desired Skills :

- 5+ years of experience as an art director/designer in an agency set-up or with a brand.

- A portfolio of work that showcases your ability to think, and execute creatives across media and a strategic outlook towards problem-solving

- The ability to collaborate and coordinate with other teams and stakeholders

- The ability to think of innovative ideas within tight deadlines

- Team leading skills
