Assistant Manager /Lead - Purchase
Job Responsibilities:
- Completely responsible for the sourcing activities for NCR operations
- Negotiation and finalization of prices
- Ensure that 100% fill rate is maintained for all the supplies to the kitchen and simultaneously ensure the procurement is done at the best cost
- Monthly closure of pricing of Fruits & Vegetables for all the kitchen supplies
- Innovating along with the city operations team to find out avenues to optimize the Procurement cost and implement those initiatives
Required experience and skills :
- Education Qualification: Graduate/Post-graduate
- Experience: 3-6 Years of experience in eCommerce, hospitality, or any similar industry
- Display highest level of ownership in terms of maintaining the availability and achieve the targets set
- Very good working knowledge of the supplier base in and around NCR for all the suppliers related to Hotel/Hospitality industry (Fruits & Vegetables, Grocery, Housekeeping, Packaging Material, etc)
- The ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams in complex fast paced environment
- Should have a very good working knowledge of all the facets of Supply Chain
- Should be able to raise PO and manage inventory in Warehouse for kitchen supplies
- Problem Solving approach
- Good Negotiation Skills
