About this role:
This position will be a part of the Owned Media Charter within the Central Growth Marketing vertical at Swiggy. The Growth team at Swiggy is a horizontal team that cuts across all existing and upcoming Swiggy verticals (Food, Instamart, Dineout & all other BU's ) and is primarily responsible for traffic, acquisition, and reactivation of users to the platform. The Owned Media Charter is responsible for ensuring the right communications are sent out to the right set of users that eventually come on the platform to engage with the various BU's .
Required Skill-set:
- Self-driven and a strong bias for action, fitment in startup culture
- Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Worked across various new product launches & GTM rollout & marketing plans.
- Develop and manage the budget for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
- Expertise in CRM tools like Clevertap, Netcore, Gupshup, Salesforce. Other tools like Moengage, Mailmodo, Mixpanel may be beneficial as well.
- Strong project, program & stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, with automation at the forefront of it all.
- 2+ years of experience with a B2C consumer tech/e-commerce platform, preferably in a growth or digital marketing role, this role will be responsible for ensuring automation & journey fication of the Owned Media Communications
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for automation of comms, triggers & journeys wrt acquisition of new users, reactivation of dormant users as well as repeat users on promotional strategies. Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling marketing materials.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor the success of these journeys. Implement improvements based on performance data and user feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and product teams, to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities and deploy advanced techniques to enhance Quality Scores through improving ad relevance, landing page quality, and other optimization strategies.
- Own the KPIs of CTR, Frequency, RFM, CvR etc. Optimizing creatives and copy sets across platforms to drive high efficiency. Reporting campaign results along with funnel trends and projections
